No, you cannot. Reserving of passes by phone had ceased since 1st March 2011.

Click ‘Corporate Pass’->'Reserve Corporate Pass'. Under Reservation column select the Corporate Pass that you wish to reserve for e.g., Zoo Premium to view its availability. 

With the online reservation system, you can make reservation up to 8 weeks in advance. Each user is eligible to book once in 3 months for the same attraction.  You can only book a different Corporate Pass after you have utilised the first reservation.

MESRC is unable to cancel or backdate any passes in the system for audit purpose as the record shows that the pass was reserved for that date.  Member still must go through the 90 days period where same pass is not allowed to be reserved.

No, the authorisation letter is not transferable and no amendment can be made on the letter, including the name, NRIC and date of visit.  In the event of unauthorised use or alteration is detected, complimentary admission will be rejected and entry will be charged at prevailing walk-in rate.

 

You must create an account. A one-time password will be send to your 'moe.gov.sg’,    schools.gov.sg or ‘moe.edu.sg’ email account. After login, you can choose to change the password to your own choice at ‘my account’->‘edit’->‘change password’.

You can proceed to visit the attractions except for the following attractions (DUCKtours, Snow City, SuperPark Singapore and Zoo Premium) which require you to book a timeslot before you can proceed to visit the attractions.

No, you can’t, if you wish to reserve a few passes for your school / division usage, kindly get the required number of staffs to make the reservation accordingly.  MESRC Corporate passes are limited and to ensure fair practice, no special request will be entertained.

When such incidents happen, action will be taken to blacklist the unauthorized user for one year from booking the Corporate Passes.  For repeat offenders, MESRC would blacklist them completely from booking of Corporate Passes as this is a cheating offence.

Cancellation can be done by clicking on My Account’ --> ‘My Reserved Passes’ --> ‘Actions’ and select ‘Cancel’Cancellation of pass must be done at least three days before the date of visit.

The 90 days will start from the date of utilization. 
E.g.: Reserve on 10 May, utilize on 12 May, 90 days period will start from 12 May itself.  In between the 90 days, you can reserve other passes.
