MESRC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025

NOTICE OF MESRC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

1. MESRC will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 13 March 2025 at MOE HQ, Podium Block, Level 2 at 12.30pm.
2. The agenda will be as follows:
   1. Chairman’s Address
   2. To confirm and adopt the Minutes of last AGM held on 7 March 2024
   3. To receive and adopt the Annual Statement of Account for 2024
   4. To receive and adopt the Annual Report for 2024
   5. MESRC Council Members April 2024 – March 2026
   6. MESRC Executive Committee Members April 2024 - March 2026
   7. Prize Presentation for MOE Inter-Division Games 2024
   8. To consider any other business / notice of which had been given to the Honorary Secretary not less than 10 days before the date set for the AGM.
3. We would appreciate Divisional Representatives / Admin Managers help to disseminate the 'Notice of MESRC Annual General Meeting' to our MOE staff. 
4. Do take note that the Minutes of last AGM held on 7 March 2024, Annual Statement of Account for 2024 and Annual Report for 2024 will be make available from 10 March 2025 upon request to MESRC Secretariat (email: [email protected]).
