Team Composition: Each team shall comprise a minimum of 5 players and maximum of 10 players. Make-up of a 5-a-side team must have 2 females & 3 males. If the team do not meet the minimum number of players and/or 2 female & 3 male players, the team will be deemed as disqualified from the tournament. Any replacement of players should be informed before/on the date of registration.
Remarks: Frisbee 5-a-side will be played on round-robin. Playing time for all games will be 2 periods of 10 minutes each, with 2 minute interval. There must be at least two (2) female players in a team on the field at all times. Substitution of players can only be made after the point is scored or to substitute an injured player.
