How to sign-up for CIS lines:
- Kindly visit any M1 Shop in person to sign up.
Simply present your Staff Pass or Business Card to proceed. You can find the nearest M1 Shop by visiting the M1 Contact Us page.
How to Apply for a New Line under CIS: To sign up or renew a line under the CIS, employees can simply bring along their Staff Pass and complete the application at any M1 Shop. If a Staff Pass is unavailable, the following documents can also be used:
- Name Card (with full name matching NRIC) & Company Name.
- Employment Letter (dated within 3 months).
- Payslip (with company name, dated within 3 months, salary masked).
- CPF Statement (dated within 3 months).
- HR Confirmation Letter (dated within 3 months).
- Company Email Address (with company domain).
- EP/S Pass/Work Permit (with company name printed).
- Medical Card (with employee's full details).
