As part of MOE staff well-being programme under OLive, Ministry of Education Sports and Recreation Club (MESRC) will launch a fitness challenge platform, entitled ‘MOE Pacer Steps Challenge 2020’ to encourage MOE staff to keep fit as part of their healthy lifestyle which can also be done through home-based exercises. Please note that this is MOE Own Steps Challenge not the ‘National Steps Challenge 2020’. Staff are encouraged to participate in this challenge – Move more and sit less!
Note: Staff should consult their doctors before participating in the Challenge if they have existing medical conditions.
