07: Why does MESRC need to collect Full name and last 4-characters of NRIC for registration?

The collection of Full name and last 4-characters of NRIC numbers were necessary to establish and verify participants identity to a high degree of accuracy for payment of the award which will be donated on participant’s behalf towards the President’s Challenge
