Terms and Conditions:

  1. Authorization letter is strictly for use by Employee/MESRC Associate or Corporate Member only and is valid on the date of visit for a one-time use per day. No reservation is required.
  2. Authorization letter is non-transferable and allows for one employee/MESRC member and up to 3 accompanying guests to enjoy member benefits.
  3. The employee/MESRC member must be physically present and present the authorization letter/PDF copy via mobile phone and produce valid Singapore Public Service Card with MOE Logo (PS Card) or MESRC Associate or Corporate Membership Card for the benefits to be valid.
  4. Member benefit(s) include free admission to TrickEye@Southside only and are not applicable with other special offers and promotions.
  5. Member benefits do not include complimentary parking at Southside.
  6. Trick Eye Museum Singapore reserves the right to deny entry, suspend or terminate a membership without liability or refund, if any of the terms of membership are breached, or if the privileges are abused. In all disputes, Trick Eye Museum Singapore’s decision shall be final.
  7. Any amendment made to the membership, members will be notified at least 14 days prior.
