NOTE: Pre-Booking of Session is Required. Walk-in with Authorisation Letter without Pre-Bookings would be Rejected Entry. Please book your session only AFTER receiving your Authorization Letter. Pre-Booking of session is up to 2 months in advance.

Employee/MESRC member needs to be physically present for check-in and is to present the following documents electronically/physical copy for entry:

  1. Authorisation Letter or pdf copy via mobile phone
  2. E-Tickets (To tally with Authorisation Letter Date of Visit)
  3. Employee/MESRC Member must produce valid Singapore Public Service Card with MOE Logo (PS Card) or MESRC Associate or Corporate Membership Card (To tally with Name of Employee/MESRC Member on Authorisation Letter).

If employee/MESRC member is not entering with guests, his/her headcount in the Corporate Pass entitlements cannot be replaced by another guest.

Corporate Annual Pass EXCLUDES SuperPark Grip Socks which is required to be worn by all guests while inside the park.

Only SuperPark Grip Socks are allowed, and this can be purchased onsite separately at SGD$3.50 per pair.

All visitors aged above 12 years old are required to be fully vaccinated to enter the attraction. For other permitted group types and sizes/safe management measures please refer to superpark.com.sg/smm/ .

Authorisation Letter does not allow admission for special ticketed events.

All guests are required to read and acknowledge the SuperPark Singapore waiver form prior to arrival.

Covered sports shoes are required for Super Climb and Skate & Scoot World.

Any child below 8 years old must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible guardian (aged 18 and above) with paid and valid admission.

All guests are required to adhere to individual park house rules as per their visit as well as existing Safe Management Measures which may be amended from time to time.

  1. Admission to SuperPark Singapore for 1 Employee/MESRC Member and up to 3 accompanying guests per Authorization Letter per day (2hr play session). Employee/MESRC Member must be physically present for check-in, swapping to another guest to replace employee/MESRC member to enter the park is not permissible.
  2. 15% discount off regular priced merchandise.
  3. 15% discount off additional admission tickets (public rates), up to 4 tickets per Authorisation Letter per day (onsite purchase only; subject to availability)
