MESRC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024

NOTICE OF MESRC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

1. MESRC will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 7 March 2024 at MOE HQ, Podium Block, Level 2 at 12.30pm.
2. The agenda will be as follows:
   1. Chairman’s Address
   2. To confirm and adopt the Minutes of last AGM held on 7 March 2023
   3. To receive and adopt the Annual Statement of Account for 2023
   4. To receive and adopt the Annual Report for 2023
   5. MESRC Council Members April 2024 – March 2026
   6. MESRC Executive Committee Members April 2024 - March 2026
   7. To elect 7 Executive Committee Members April 2024 - March 2026
   8. Prize Presentation for MOE Inter-Division Games 2023
   9. To consider any other business / notice of which had been given to the Honorary Secretary not less than 10 days before the date set for the AGM.
3. We would appreciate Divisional Representatives / Admin Managers help to disseminate the 'Notice of MESRC Annual General Meeting' and 'Election Notice' to our MOE staff. 
4. Do take note that the Minutes of last AGM held on 7 March 2023, Annual Statement of Account for 2023 and Annual Report for 2023 will be make available from 4 March 2024 upon request to MESRC Secretariat (email: [email protected]).
