The Lounge can accommodate about 100 persons and is ideal for holding functions, seminars and talks. Food and refreshments can be catered through our in-house caterer, Sally's Place.

Reservation of the Lounge require a minimum of 30pax. We reserve the rights to reject the reservation if the number is less than 30.
The L-shaped Evans Lounge has a bigger space after its extension. It can hold up to a capacity of 80 pax. It has a platform stage where performance or band jam sessions can be conducted on a fortnightly. With cone-shaped sofas and Zen interior design, the ambience is cosy and perfect for any functions, retreat and gathering.
Exclusive bookings online are subject to availability. The Evans Lounge is available for use from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm from Monday to Sunday and closed on Public Holidays. Members are required to sign in at the MOE (Evans Road) Security Counter prior to using the Lounge.
The Karaoke Room is available for booking and can accommodate a minimum of 20 people comfortably. The room can be used for exclusive private functions or official functions by divisions and schools. The Karaoke computerised system has more than 10,000 songs downloaded and members can have a variety of songs to choose from.

The KTV room is opened to all members and their guests. Members are required to sign in at the MOE (Evans Road)Security Counter prior to using the Karaoke Room.
Only MOE staff from HQ and Schools may use the gym facilities. The gym is open from Monday to Saturday from 7.00am to 10.00pm and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Members are required to sign in at the MOE Evans Road Campus Security Counter prior to using the Gym.
Two large relaxation gazebos are situated in the garden compound and offer the comfort of Balinese and Zen living with lush tropical greener. Long wooden tables and benches positioned under the Gazebos and garden lamps create a romantic ambience.
Exclusive bookings online are subject to availability. The outdoor Gazebos are available for use from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm from Monday to Sunday and closed on Public Holidays. Members are required to sign in at the MOE Evans Road Campus Security Counter prior to using the Outdoor Gazebos.
The Aerobics room is open on Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 10.00pm and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. MESRC also holds its fitness related classes in the room on a daily basis.
The Discussion Room is open from Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 10.00pm and Friday from 9.00am to 11.00pm.
